Reasons Why You Can't Stop a Boat With Your Feet

For years now, I have wanted to make a post on this entity of Figment Area informing people on the matter of stopping boats and how you can't use your feet to do it. Here that post is now.

This comes at a time where I finally have the circumstances and willpower to make the envisioned blog post a reality, and this is not an idea that came after certain world events brought people to presently be more than usually aware of the concept of a boat. Boats simply are a thing that moves about on the water for the last 280+ years, and completely independent of what you see in the news, I was always going to share this vital information. This will very basically explain why it is simply not possible to stop a moving boat using your feet.

You Have To Be In The Water To Stop a Boat

Something that uninformed persons chasing a hobby for stopping boats don't realize all too often during their initial looking-into of the activity is that dry land is not a suitable place for boat-stopping. This includes a range of locations that includes cities, high cliffs, and the wide part of beaches. The ocean itself is where a person boat-stopper must go.

The problem is, all too many of the enthusiasts who have this desire, if they realize they need to get in the ocean, still really want to use their feet as the forefront of boat cease momentum. All parts of the ocean that have boats in them are so deep that you have to be swimming, or else the boat would basically be touching the surface of the land underwater.

If you try to stop a boat there while you're staying afloat and you redirect control of your buoyant feet from paddling to boat-stopping you are incredibly fucked.

Feet Are Notorious For Fearing Boats

If you somehow didn't know already, I'll clue you in and say that human feet are academically confirmed as being scared of boats because the way of the boat is to glide across a liquid surface with no stepping, something so alien to feet.

Experts say that a foot trying to comprehend a boat is akin to "an ant trying to understand a nuclear warhead that's falling on it if the nuclear warhead was made of calculus".

Feet are stupid, but don't do that to your feet.

You Should At Least Wear Shoes

When you stop a boat, protection is helpful. Even with protection, using the protection on the end of that walker appendage - colloquially referred to overall as a "leg" - is a bad idea, but against all odds we've got a discussion of feet stopping boats going on. If you were wearing shoes, this wouldn't be called "why you can't stop a boat with your feet".

Boats Can Move in Any Direction at the Drop of a Dime

When a boat comes toward you, it might not actually continue to move in that direction. At any time, the boat might suddenly start moving in a perpendicular angle to where it was going.

Feet are patently incompetent at reaching a boat which is doing this, as they are rooted to you and also, as we've discussed, not even halfway genius. The boat maintains absolutely masterful maneuverability of the wet plane which your foot can not manage to oppose.

Boats Are Lined With Sandpaper

Boats are constantly covered with a rough smooth abrasive layer of extreme rough sandpaper. This gives them traction in the water, and an absolute headache to people's feet. In a rather obscure fact, feet are very soft body parts that have a very thin layer of skin under themselves, with very little fortification against the elements that may touch them. A foot can be pierced much easier than any other skin-covered part of the body, which is why scratching itches out of your foot is so easy.

A boat, in case you've somehow forgotten we're talking about that today, is fast and maneuverable in water, and now on top of that we've proven that it's covered in a rough outer shell of sandpaper. If you try this, it will definitely damage your body and hurt a lot, but above all else you won't be stopping the boat with your feet.

Twenty fucking years out at sea and all we ever see is people get brutally fucked up, all past the point of no return, to prove over and over without necessity that the bastard ass stabbing of stupid boats, blasting shit out your penis, is all the better to burn the shore with, and you better stay away from it, else we rip your neighborhood to ribbons.
